Mrs. Crystal Mangayao is the Library Technician at Lemoore Elementary School. She has been with LUESD since 2018 and a Library Technician since 2021. She graduated from Long Beach City College, with an AS in Library Science. She was born and raised in Hanford, CA. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
