NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) III funds
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Board of Education of the Lemoore Union Elementary School District will hold a public hearing for the Elementary and Secondary School
Emergency Relief (ESSER) III Funds to solicit comments from the public regarding the specific actions and expenditures proposed to be included.
The ARP Act requires local education agencies (LEAs) that receive ESSER III funds to approve an Expenditure Plan as to how these funds will be used to address students’ academic, social, emotional and mental health needs that were exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The draft ESSER III Expenditure Plan will be available for public inspection on October 6, 2021 on the district website at www.luesd.k12.ca.us or is available at the District Office at the address below during regular business hours.
The public hearing is scheduled as follows:
