NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SUFFICIENCY OF INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS AND TEXTBOOKS
A public hearing will be held by the Lemoore Union Elementary School District as required by Education Code section 60119. The public hearing is scheduled as follows:

PURPOSE
Lemoore Union Elementary School District will conduct a public hearing to determine through a written resolution the availability of textbooks and instructional materials for each student enrolled for the 2023/2024 school year consistent with the content and cycles of the curriculum frameworks adopted by the State Board of Education.
This hearing gives the public an opportunity to comment on the sufficiency of textbooks and educational materials.
